Sales brisk during VIP Opening for Enclave at Canal Walk

The recent VIP Opening for the latest upscale condominium building at The Enclave at Canal Walk harkened back to the glory days of the real estate marketplace.

Enthusiastic active-adult buyers began lining up nearly two hours before the community's sales center opened for the invitation-only event which resulted in 19 homes sold in just over a day, according to Premier Development, which is developing of The Enclave at Canal Walk in Somerset County's Franklin Township.

The new building of just 48 homes was designed with today's active-adult buyer in mind and features two brand new floor plans never before available at the community. Included in the sixth building will be the Devonshire design featuring a kitchen with separate breakfast room and the Drexel layout which will be a more value-packed version of the popular Andover home. Homes will be priced from the mid $200,000s.

"Simply put, homebuyers could not wait for their first opportunity to purchase one of these upscale condominiums," said George Adinolfi, sales professional for The Enclave.

"The excitement generated by the addition of two new floor plans combined with the fact this building represents the final 50 percent of condominiums to be offered at The Enclave created a level of urgency and anticipation we've not seen before at this community.

"The strong turnout and incredible sales we recorded in just one weekend is a positive indicator this building will complete its sales program in short order."

Five designs in all will be featured in the next condominium building at The Enclave. The two new layouts will join the Andover, Bayberry and Bayberry with Sitting Room models, which have sold out in previous housing sections.

Condominiums range in size from 1,525 square feet to 1,720 square feet. The spacious and open floor plans feature large living rooms, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and GE appliances and generous amounts of cabinet and pantry space, nine-foot ceilings, hardwood entry foyer flooring, master bedroom suites have large walk-in closets and lavish master baths with ceramic tile floors, seated showers and oversized soaking tubs. Homes will offer individual exterior balconies.

The new building will also boast a landscaped garden courtyard, two elevators, multiple lobbies and expansive indoor parking garage.
