Summerfields sees Spring Sales soar in Franklin

Buy­ers continue to purchase the up­scale and spacious homes at Summerfields at an impressive pace. Premier Development, developer of the popular com­munity, is reporting sales suc­cess in both housing collections at the non-age-restricted subur­ban neighborhood.

Spurred by the debut of two model residences, the “Town­home Collection” has seen a sig­nificant surge in spring activity with nearly 50 percent of its homes now sold.
