FRANKLIN — (Somerset) The latest upscale condominium building at The Enclave at Canal Walk has quickly made its mark in the active-adult marketplace with a successful grand opening.
In one of the most notable debuts in recent memory at the popular Canal Walk neighborhood, 70 percent of the luxurious homes in the sixth condominium building have been sold in record time, according to Premier Development, which is developing of The Enclave at Canal Walk. The current phase, which includes the seventh building, represents the final collection of condominiums to be offered at The Enclave.
Buyer interest remains high for the two-bedroom residences, which are expected to be ready for occupancy in summer, 2015.
The new building of 48 homes features two brand new floor plans never before available at the community. These are the Devonshire, featuring a kitchen with separate breakfast room, and the Drexel, which will be a more value-packed version of the popular Andover home.

Five designs in all are featured in the current condominium building at The Enclave. The two new layouts will join the Andover, Bayberry and Bayberry with models which have sold out in previous housing sections.

The open floor plans feature large living rooms, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, GE appliances and large amounts of cabinet and pantry space. They have 9-foot ceilings, hardwood entry- foyer flooring and master suites with large walkin closets and master baths with ceramic tile floors, seated showers and oversized soaking tubs. Homes offer individual exterior balconies.
The new building will also boast a landscaped garden courtyard, two elevators, multiple lobbies and a large indoor parking garage.
