FRANKLIN (Somerset) Homes have been selling fast at The Enclave at Canal Walk, according to its developer, Premier Development. The popular active-adult neighborhood continues to a record breaking sales pace, as interested prospects rush to purchase the last offering of upscale condominiums ever to be released at The Enclave. The last two condominium buildings feature two brand new floor plans never before available at the community.
