FRANKLIN (Somerset) — Pent-up demand for upscale 55-plus active-adult condominiums resulted in 19 homes sold in just three frenzied hours during the VIP Opening for the latest building at The Enclave at Canal Walk.
In a scene reminiscent of the heyday of the real estate boom, homebuyers began lining up at 5 a.m. for the private opening, according to Premier Development, which is developing The Enclave at Canal Walk.
The new offering is the last condominium building in the current series and features 48 two-bedroom, two-bath residences with expected occupancy dates in July 2016.
