From Rt. 80 West: Rt. 80 West to Exit 43A-B (local lanes). Follow signs to Rts. 287-46 (Morristown-Mahwah). Take Exit 43B (Smith Rd.-Rt.46). Off ramp hear right onto Littleton Rd. At next traffic light make right onto Smith Rd. Follow approx. 1 mile. The Preserve at Mazdabrook is on the right.

From Rt. 80 East: Rt. 80 East to Exit 42A-C (Rt. 202, Morris Plains-Parsippany). Take Exit 42C (Rt. 202 North). Follow Rt. 202 North. Stay straight through first traffic light, road then becomes Eittleton Rd. Proceed to next traffic light. Make right onto Smith Rd. Follow approx. 1 mile. The Preserve at Mazdabrook is on the right.
